The process: We set up an initial meeting with you to basically understand what you have thought of and planned so far. We also use this opportunity to tell you about us – our experience and expertise. This meeting is more of an ice breaker where we establish a comfort level. If you decide to go ahead and avail of our services, we follow up with another discussion which begins the design process. Everything is done on a step by step basis where the venue, caterer, florist, theme, décor, invites, stationery etc are finalized. Constant communication is of utmost importance to organizing anything. We keep you updated of all the developments on a regular basis. You are made aware of exactly what’s going on and what the next step would be – basically you know that everything is being taken care of! We also put in a lot of suggestions and ideas to what you have already thought, so that you are fully conscious of the alternatives you can use. We keep an eye on the uniformity of the theme, of the décor and anything else which is significant to you. We also make sure that the budget is kept in control, suggesting areas where you can get more value for money and those areas where you can curb your expenditure. On the final day, one of our core designers is present at the venue right from the set up to the tear down. In addition, a team of specialists is put at your disposal. All that is left for you to do is look your very best and enjoy yourself. |
